We found this once beautiful Victorian family home which was in need of much care and attention, and planned to renovate it back to its full glory, but a malevolent spirit seemed to have other ideas, therefore we present this renovation project for all you brave and fearless sims to make a home of your own, or to have your own decaying haunted house. Either way, we present to you our Haunted Renovation.

The house comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a garage, with plenty of room for a family. It comes with two floors, all of which could do with some care and attention, and in some cases some replacement floor panels too. You may find the occasional hole, so watch where you step!



The ground floor plan is as follows:
  • Porch
  • Foyer
  • Dining Room
  • Kitchen with nook and laundry area
  • Bathroom/WC
  • Study (Was originally a sun room)
  • Dying garden



The wide staircase in the foyer leads up to the first floor which has the following rooms:
  • Stairwell/Hall
  • Master Bedroom with Dressing Room
  • Bedroom 2 with Dressing Room
  • Bedroom 3
  • Bathroom



We hope that you and your sims enjoy this lot as much as we did building it.
