Greetings, all! I come bearing a gift for you. This is my newest creation (and my first upload!). It is a very beautiful and versatile Neighborhood terrain that I have dubbed "Enchanted Cove". With the introduction of Seasons and Bon Voyage to my game, I really wanted a neighborhood where I could showcase all types of homes - no matter the climate or type - in one terrain. That's what makes this 'hood so special... there is a ton of space for beach lots, a "downtown" area, suburbs, farming, and a mountainous area for all of those cozy cabins.






The neighborhood comes to you undecorated so that everyone can personalize it any way they want. And since it's made using SimCity4, should be compatible with any game/expansion pack combination. It has been game tested and runs many houses and decorations smoothly. I highly recommend using Gunmod's Neighborhood Camera Hack to get the most use out of the different areas of the 'hood (or, just use your favorite. There are many out around the community now). This 'hood is in existance because of the fantastic Nengi_65. She is a fabulous builder and has an amazing sense of architecture and style. Her lots range from factories to cabins to beach bungalo's to cottages, and I am looking forward to putting each and every one of them into this neighborhood. Her creations can be found at:
