It certainly has been a while since I last uploaded. Here, I give you Oakwood Mobile Home Park. This is an idea I have had for a couple of months but it's been a hectic couple of months but at least I got to it and I am pretty happy with the way it turned out.

Each Mobile Home is unique in layout, meaning that all 3 of them have completely different floorplans. Each mobile home has its own unique small garden or some sort of plant life near the sidewalk for added beauty to these small homes. There is no CC included in this lot it is all Maxis content. The lot has been play tested and works just fine in game. If you have any problems please let me know promptly.

I will describe all 3 mobile homes individually from Left to right:

Trailer 1 Includes:
2 bedrooms
Kitchen/Dining room
Living room
Bathroom
Swingset

Trailer 2 Includes:
2 bedrooms
Kitchen
Living room/Dining room
Bathroom

Trailer 3 Includes:
1 bedroom
Kitchen/Dining room
Living room
Bathroom

If you would like to convert this to an Apartment lot please click here for further information. I have play tested this lot with Apartment Life and it works perfectly. Just follow the tutorial that I linked to above and you should have no problems whatsoever converting this to an apartment!

I used Numenor's Any Game Starter to create this awesome lot. So, indeed this lot only requires Nightlife to work. A link will be provided to the Any Game Starter in the additional credits section.
