This house would make a nice little mountain cottage or a nice little starter home for your sims.

This house includes:

- 2 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- Kitchen/Dining room/Living room
- 3 Decks
- Small Pond

There is no CC included in this lot. However, I did scan the lot with the Clean Installer to make sure it was 100 percent clean.

Also, I left it unfurnished so you can furnish to your own tastes. So, be creative!! I would love to see some pictures of how you furnished this home!!
