Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
Well today we have a nice little split-level home with a fair bit of space and much more space to expand upon if you'd like. Also, I do know the outside wall coverings don't look like the ones in the lot plan but I had a lot of cream coloured walls in my neighbourhood so I decided to change it up a bit, feel free to cream it up if you'd like. I hope you like it!

This house has:
- 3 bedrooms and 2,5 baths

- partially furnished (all plumbing, lighting, some electronics, and counters)

- style: traditional

All kinds of comments are welcome.
