This is my first upload and I hope you guys like it. It is based on the house that my grandparents live in. The house is unfurnished for those of you who want to be creative. The first floor contains a spacious living room right through the front door with space for a little dining room. Through the left archway is the cozy bathroom and 2 decent sized bedrooms. The back of the house contains a large kitchen for all you bakers out there. Continuing through the kitchen you come to the basement stairs. The basement is one large room but can be split into separate rooms. The basement in my grandparents house is actually an unfinished apartment where a bathroom is present down there, as well as living room, bedroom and half finished kitchen, but you can decorate it however it fits you. The lot comes with a garage as well as plenty of room for expansion. I hope this lot finds everyone well. There is no custom content its all maxis content. It has been through the Clean Installer just to be safe. In case you were wondering about the green foundation, my grandparents house has a weird greenish color on their foundation and I just had to include it.
