Cottage Style Dorm Complex

This dorm complex is based on a dorm that I stayed in when I was in college. The complex has 4 separate buildings all identically furnished only in different colors. There are 2 bedrooms (which include 2 twin beds per bedroom) and 1 bathroom per building. The complex does include a dorm fridge and microwave to satisfy hunger. It also includes a television per bedroom. The complex houses up to 16 sims.

This lot is completely furnished with Maxis Content. There is absolutely no CC in this lot whatsoever. I did, however, double check through the Clean Installer to make sure. This lot is absolutely clean!
