This is a 2007 'Replica', or re-interpretation of a Georgian manor, like those recently built across the whole of the UK.

The house is huge, but well proportioned like it's period ancestors. It has 4 huge bedrooms, with scope for at least 2 more in the attic should you wish for it. The house is fully decorated and landscaped, and unfurnished. There is a double garage, a huge driveway and a rear garden. Also there is a side courtyard.

The type of Sims who will live here have money (more than $120,000!), and they are tasteful in housing + just plain rich. Included are CCTV security, gated gardens and 4 reception rooms.
