Welcome to Part II of The Spice Rack! "Paprika Bells".

It was orginally designed to be a seaside home for your simmies, but as I started to decorate and furnish, it became more and more like a vacation home.
So, yes, your sims can live in it, easily in fact, but it would make a perfect vacation home by the beach, for your less finicially-challenged sims.

It's a seaside lot, so BV is required, I added the other EPs as a precaution, better to know the house works than to get all excited and have your hopes dashed.
The house itself comes with: 2 bedrooms[downstairs], 1.5 bathrooms[1 upstairs, 1 down], a laundry room[downstairs], a recreation room[downstairs], a lounge/kitchen/dining room, a den-like area where your adults can retreat away from those pesky kids [both upstairs] and a split-level deck with a BBQ, loungers and a small eating area on the top floor.

The lot is also partially landscaped with some tropical trees for your sims and a large empty space at the front left-hand side of the lot, for you to put whatever outdoor goodies Maxis provides with Free Time.
