Time for number 8! I got bored of making easy houses, so decided to restrict myself to something my sims could buy right away, so here's the Spice Rack's first starter home:

It's a one floor cottage with 2 bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, a small lounge with room for a TV once your sims are rich enough, a kitchen with dining area, laundry room, 2 full bathrooms and a front porch! Therefore, it will house 2 sims quite comfortably, but if you want to stretch the limits, both bedrooms have double beds, so you can play with 4 sims! Unfortunately because of the cost restrictions, I couldn't add any lights or decorations, if you want those, you can either cheat or get your sim a job.



It also has a small pond, some basic plants and a single tree for your gardening enthused simmies
