Bayside Cottage - beautiful 4 bedroom, seaside home!

I found this floorplan in another ancient Country House Plans magazine - if any of you happen to have any of these laying around, the one I found was the Fall of '97 edition, and this house was on the cover page. Unfortunately, I don't have a scanner, and I can't find the house on Google images, so....
... you're just gonna have to take my word for it. =) The house exists somewhere, I'm sure...

Anyway. I was going to put this on a regular lot, but my game crashed when I was saving the finished lot and I had to start over....so I decided to put it on a beach lot instead. I like this version of the house much better anyway, and I learned a valuable lesson: ALWAYS save your work on a regular basis.
So this house took me two tries, both tries taking about 2 hours of my time. I fiddled with a bunch of different wall papers and floor tiles, trying to use as little custom content as I could, until I decided to heck with it, I'll use all game stuff.
WITH SOME EXCEPTIONS: Most of the windows and all of the external doors are by MaryLou, one of my favorite creators on this site. I love her "Independent Expressions" windows and doors sets, and her profile says that as long as I include a link to her site (which is here: http://www.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=246861) I could include her content in my house. So thanks to her for creating such wonderful, WONDERFUL windows (which look JUST PERFECT with this house).

This house offers exclusive beach access in a the way only a comfortable, cozy Craftsman retreat can! Plenty of room for I'd say 6 or 7 Sims, maybe a dog or two. Campfire pit out back for those late summer nights, sunny kitchen and long deck for grilling hot dogs, and two fireplaces for when the weather turns cooler. Also features a two car side garage. Four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a huge two-story great room for entertaining. All this for $90,758!
