ETA: I just realised that I forgot the phone in the furnished version of this house (and the burglar alarm too). Sorry about that -- there's plenty of deco you can remove in order to afford one.

Mini starter with pool, furnished for 1-2 sims with a tiny extra bedroom. There's room for a driveway in front of the house.

1 x double bedroom
1 x single bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining

Additional living space upstairs (could be made into a second single bedroom as well). All basics included plus a stove, a computer, a stereo, a mirror, an easel, and the aforementioned pool. Playtested in the Base Game.

This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (v1.1). If your sims want a bigger garden, it's very easy to expand the lot with that.

There's an unfurnished version as well that only has basic fixtures and lights, that one costs 16.527§.
