This is the new house I made, and actually I think it's the nicest one I've made so far.
It has 2 floors + 1 small hobby room on the 3rd floor.
On the ground level there is a large bathroom and 3 bedrooms.
On the 1st floor there is a large living space with a kitchen, a dining space and a living room.

There's a garden with a swimming pool and there's also room for your car.

The house is fully furnished and there is no custom content. You do need University & Nightlife.
