The Tower Residence

Housing is hard to come by in downtown Venice -- especially single family homes. Your sim could be lucky and find this elegant home. It was formerly a church and has now been converted to family living. A snug two bedroom, 2 bath home with outstanding architectural details.

(Note: All the pics are with neighbors & neighborhood decorations turned on. Venice is my only neighborhood where I love looking at everything at once.)






It is on a 2x2 lot. I have uploaded two versions, unfurnished -- $35,696 and furnished -- $81,958. The unfurnished lot is complete and requires no additional downloads. The furnished lot requires Numenors’ Illumination and Nat’s Touch of Gold series of recolor from The Sims 2 Downunder. (See below for links.)
