An old factory on a 3x2 lot has been converted into two loft-style apartments.



Apartment A: 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, small balcony, sparsely but fully furnished, §3887 wk.



Apartment B: 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, small balcony, sparsely but fully furnished, §4351 wk.



Shared facilities: sauna, pool, massage table, bathroom, barbecue.



There’s one car available for the playable sim. It’s not shown in the screenshots since it only becomes visible when the lot is played. Since the driveway, due to the particular layout, does not belong to one or the other apartment, the car had to be placed before the apartment zoning. I haven’t had any problems with this during play testing.

EPs
You definately need AL, UNI,NL, BV, FT and H&M, but I'm not 100% you need OFB and Seasons or CS and FF.

Note
Use the boolprop testingcheatsenabled true cheat in order to rent an apartment with all the furniture. Otherwise you’ll only get a furnished kitchen and bathroom. Once the cheat has been activated, shift-click the door to rent the apartment with all its furnishings.
