Thus, I Present you with:

Apartment Life, at a Modern - Luxury Style, and at it's Best! These Apartment Blocks are Perfect to place along a row for your Neighborhood Pleasure!
Styled half modern, this building is designed for all your General Living Needs.






There are Four Apartments, All Semi-Furnished, but waiting for you - The Simmer - To give your Sims their personal Touch to the rooms.


Being this the first Apartment I have EVER built, I was thrilled that it worked First Time Round! get in Tutorials!

All Ceilings are Painted too! Yea, A nice Whitewash

On the Bottom floor is a Small Communal Area - Like a Lobby, Sofas and a TV, Along with a small Children's Playground - you know, For the Kidlets and a nice little pond for the adults - if they like to fish, otherwise its not really "for" them is it? :D
The First Apartment is on the Ground Floor (oo-er!)
Then, Working up the Six Floors, Apartments Occupy the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Floors, All connected by a "Stair-hall-way" that runs up the whole Building.
The 5th and 6th Floors are just the Roof - Nothing Interesting, But this was my first time at using the new RoofyObjects that come with this Pack! Really Cool stuff man!

So yea, Thats it Methinks.. From the Base to Roof!
