The Henley is Modern Simplicity at its finest. With an open floorplan and 4 bedrooms and 2 baths - including a guesthouse with bath - your sims will surly love coming home to The Henley.

Based off a real flooplan and house exterior The Henley is sure to please. The Henley is flooded with light from large windows and decorated in an interesting mix to neutral tones punched with bright and fun accent colors. Be sure to note the interesting mix of materials used on the exterior of the house - from wood, to brick to siding ... wow!

Enter to find yourself in a large foyer to the left is the master suite with bath attached. The master bath has a steam shower! To the right of the foyer is access to the attached garage. Straight from the foyer is the open kitchen. The kitchen has a wonderful large island with sink and bar area too. The dining area flows seamlessly from the kitchen and has seating for six. Access to the large patio with BBQ area is from this area.

Open to the kitchen and dining area is the formal living area. This has the piano, seating for many sims and would be a great area to curl up with a book.

Further from the open dining area and kitchen is the family room. The family room is a great place for the whole family. With lots of seating on the sectional sofa and plasma TV above the fire place you might not want to every leave this comfy area! A sliding door leads to the backyard here as well.

Three more bedrooms and a full bath round out the house. The are all good size and the choice is yours for what to do with them.

The outside of the house is beautifully landscaped with attention to detail very prominent. There's a guesthouse here with full bath - perfect for after a dip in the sparkling pool (I just realized I forget a ladder and diving board, please put those in!!!)

The Henley is a wonderful house with a very functional and playable layout. As always there's NO CC or Hacks so you can feel comfortable downloading it. I hope you enjoy it and feel free to check out my other houses when you get a chance.
