"The Granite" is a great playable traditional family home that is perfect for your sims. The best thing about his house is quite possibly the functional side car garage!

This house has 4 bedrooms (one is decorated as an office), and 3 full baths. The house has an open floorplan and from the foyer you can see the dining room, great room and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen also has a breakfast nook. The master suite and office are secluded on one side of the house while the other bedrooms and bath are located on the other.
