The El Dorado Apartments is a wonderful complex with 4 units. Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Every unit is also fully furnished, each in a unique style (cozy family, hip couple, single girl and bachelor pad). The kitchen in each unit has non-cc upper cabinets and all the amenities! There's also a separate dining area, living area. There's a powder room on the first floor.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms (one is quite small, would work well as an office - hip couple unit has there's decorated that way - or as a nursery). The other bedrooms is large and perfect for a child or even a roommate! The master bedrooms has it's own private bath.

Each unit has a courtyard area with BBQ and patio set. Also, off every master suite is a balcony (perfect for spying on those pesky neighbors).

The common areas are wonderful. There's a large courtyard for socializing with your fellow sims. There's also a gym for working out or playing a game or pool or darts.

There's also a sparkling pool, spa and large playground area for the kids (or the young at heart!)

The El Dorado Apartments have NO CC or hacks ... wow!
