So, I got a request to do this home from babiefalenangel over at TS2, and I finally got working on it a few days ago. I tried to replicate the house pretty accurately (which is terribly frustrating without using custom content).

The house is on a beach lot and has 3 bedrooms and 3.25 baths. There are great views from all three levels and multi-level stairs as well. Enter the foyer to be greeted by cheery red walls, go further ahead to come to the entertaining room. This is a great room to hang out with the family and watch some TV or relax after swimming in the ocean! The kid's room is on this level, along with a full bath. The garage is attached to the house and is accessed from the foyer. Off the garage is the "fishing" room (I made this into an office).

On the second level is the gourmet kitchen, dining room and family room. On this level is also the guest bedroom with it's great green walls and black furniture. The guest bath is beautiful with steam shower and separate tub - also, let's not forget the dual sinks. There's a large balcony off this level with great views of the ocean.

The third level is wonderfully secluded and has the master suite, master bath and coffee area. The master suite has two private balconies and a large master bath. The bath has a separate steam shower / tub area and a separate duel sink area. There's also a toilet closet and regular "closet".

WOW! This HGTV Dream Home has NO CC or HACKS! Move your sims in and have them start living their very own dream (HGTV style that is).
