Welcome to Valencia Apartments. As more and more Sims moved into urban areas, the need for space-efficient housing became obvious. Many architects stepped forward and offered their services, creating a variety of different apartment buildings. For some, the need for basic housing overruled their obligation to style, but no Sim who lives in these apartments will face that dilemma.

Valencia Apartments combines spacious open areas with full-length windows, natural light, and functionality to bring your Sims truly home.

Minimal amount of CC- the windows (by the wonderful Tiggy027) are, as far as I'm concerned, a must in ANY Simmer's download folder. All apartments are fully furnished, mostly non-CC (with a few smatterings of custom style).

To rent an apartment FULLY FURNISHED, open your cheat box and type in 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' then walk your sim over so he is CLOSE TO THE APARTMENT DOOR. If he's not close, it won't work.

Delete any other actions in his queue, hold shift, and click on the door. You should be able to choose "Rent Furnished" (or something to that affect). Once you've rented it, go ahead and type in 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled false' to turn off the cheat.

For those who don't want to cheat, no worries. You'll be able to keep the essentials, at least, and any NPC's apartment you visit will be fully furnished. Mooch offa them if you can't afford it.

There are 8 apartments in total, a pool/exercise room, piano, bar, and a dance/common area. Each apartment has a small outside balcony.
