Mini apartment building on a 1x2 lot, with three apartments for 1–2 sims each. The building has a basement with a little compartment for every tenant and some communal space; the trashcans are also in the basement. There is room for one driveway in front of the building (none included, since I didn't have an Invisible Driveway at hand). A lift connects the three upper stories; only to the basement sims have to walk.

Note that this is *not an AL lot*, however I believe it would be very easy to convert it into one (the apartments only have one door each and are completely surrounded by walls or fences). Multi-household lots have been an option since the base game (thanks to Inge, JMP, tunaisafish and others) – see my Backdoor Lane 10 post for more info if you're unsure how to lock the doors etc. without AL.

Each apartment has

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

All are fully furnished; the floorplans are almost identical but not quite. The one on the ground floor has a terrace in front and a small balcony accessible from the bedroom; the one on the first floor also has a balcony.

Tested in NL+OfB+Pets. Very playable; all apartments are easy to see from the same camera angle.

This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (version 1.1). You can easily enlarge the lot with that, if you think your sims deserve more outdoor space.

Lot Size: 1x2
Lot Price: 108.277§

The roof recolour shown in the screenshots is by Neveah223; it is not included with the lot but I'm attaching it as a separate zip.

Thanks to Mootilda for asking in her journal "why do apartment buildings always have to be so *huge*?" .. that was a good question =)

Thanks to frillen for his ever-useful 229 in-game objects collection.
