Mini starter on a 1x2 lot, with fenced-in garden and a covered porch in front. Furnished for 1-2 sims, two spare rooms, enough space for one rotated driveway in front of the house.

1 x double bedroom
2 x single/twin bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room

The downstairs bedroom would make a good nursery. There is a small attic as well, but that's only for show -- sims can't walk in it or interact with objects in there. However, it is a good storage space for stuff they don't need at the moment (think cribs and toddler toys), or for the synctimer/batbox/other hacked objects.

All basics included plus a stove, a mirror and a fireplace. Playtested in the Base Game.

This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (v1.1, available here on mts2) – you can easily expand the lot with that if your sims want a bigger garden.
