14 Mariposa Loop is an old house that's been given a bit of a makeover. With stylish furniture, spiffy new wall-coverings and refinished floors, it's starting to look quite comfortable. The house's ground floor is comprised of a series of little rooms (easier to keep warm in the winter without central heating). Currently they are used as dining room, sitting room and study, but the layout of the house is such that any of these rooms would make a great nursery or extra bedroom.
The upstairs of the house has been left in its original state, and it's up to you to see what you can make of it!
This house has been play-tested for a few sim-days, and I've encountered no problems. If you want to move in a big family (there certainly are enough bedrooms) I'd suggest moving some "living room activities" to the upper stair landing, so as to avoid routing issues with many sims trying to squeeze through a narrow corridor at once.
I have also provided an unfurnished version for those who like doing it themselves.
