- extensive garden (objects and real plants) your sims will have to spend a bit of time gardening if they want to keep the garden!

The furnished version is quite lightly furnished - useful objects, lights, plus just a few decorative items (only on the big bare walls that don't go down even in walls-cutaway view ).

I recommend you download the furnished version and get rid of the pieces of furniture you don't want, because I'm quite proud of the outdoor lighting and want to share it with you!

The unfurnished version is *completely* unfurnished - it's just a shell of the house. I have left in the carpet mosaics downstairs though. If you don't want them, they'd be easy to tile over.
