Hello There!



This is my 2nd upload to MTS2! An unfurnished, but fully carpeted and wall-papered home. I would say that it is slightly fancy, with a simple layout for easy mobility. (And it is pretty affordable!)

On the first floor, there is a small hallway at the entrance (great for a coat rack for the changing seasons), a bathroom, living room, and a fairly large kitchen/dining room. (For those with bigger families, or even if you just don't desire such a large kitchen area, you could easily add in an extra room). :-D



On the second floor, there is another bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a nice balcony for fresh air and relaxation. Or even a great place for a telescope for your logic-lusting sims!
