I've been having fun building small houses lately so here's another starter home for your sims
.Coconut is a modern compact studio styled starter designed for a single sim. It features an open plan kitchen/living room with a separate sleeping area.
It comes with basic furnishing plus computer, tv, bookcase and a tv.
Fire alarm and phone is also included.
The house it's built on a 3*2 lot and there's room for a driveway with the correct expansion installed.
Base game only, No CC needed.
