Custom content: Modular stairs by crocobaura – please see this thread if you want to install them properly. The lot will work just fine if you don’t, but they won’t show up in the catalogue so you can’t select them or use them in other lots (which is what the installation procedure is for).


Mini starter on a 1x2 lot, furnished for 1–2 sims, with a spare bedroom. The lot has a fenced-in garden and room for one rotated driveway in front.

All basics included plus a stove, a TV, a mirror, an easel and a small stereo.


This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (v1.1, available here on mts2) – you can easily expand the lot with that if your sims want a bigger garden.
