I would recommend to use this in conjunction with this mod (more sensible corners to begin with).
Three colours (i.e. all of the defaults), 3 wall heights each, properly edited bumps/specs so that they match the original ones exactly. Found in the catalogue under "Masonry", costs 5§ like the Maxis versions.
