UPDATE: May 18th, 2009 - Corrupted file issue remedied.

This home is intended for 1-2 Sims as it only has one bedroom. If you remove the roof over the main part of the home there is room to add stairs (in the living room) and create a small second story. There is room on the left side of the home for a driveway, but one is not included with this upload.
