Pleasantville Luxury Suites

I've done it again! I wanted something classy and posh for my upperclass, single (or marrried w/one child) sims, that had some elbow room. In this building there are 3 floors (gound floor and second floor have identical floorplans) each with 2 suites on each floor. Parking for the suites will allow for 6 vehicles, which equals out to one vehicle per suite. The third floor has an entertainment area where your sim(s) can play cards or enjoy a game of pool.

All of the suites in the West wing have two baths, one bedroom and two small balconies.



All of the suites in the East wing have two bedrooms, one bath, one large balcony off the master bedroom and one small balcony off the main living area.



There are four elevators connecting the floors located in a grand lobby complete with sitting areas and detailed marble floors.



There is a rather large pool and grass area (complete with benches) located in the rear of the building as well as a very large balcony off each lobby. See photo:

If you want to use this lot as an apartment (if you have AL or a hack or mod that allows the same) all you have to do is change out the individual apartment doors with AL Apartment doors, then use the following cheat: changeLotZoning apartmentbase. If it doesn't work PM me.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
