This house is the first installment of my latest collection of houses called "The Deco Modern Collection", all the houses are modern art deco styled houses which use only Base Game and minimal CC! :D

This house comes fully furnished and only requires BG, the only CC in this house is the windows and some climbing ivy and shrubs, very minimal, there is no CC inside! It has a driveway which is not useable but if you have NL then it is the right amount of space to add one!

There is a covered pool in the back garden as well as a patio area. On the first floor there is an entrance hall, a very large lounge with library area, a dining room, toilet and modern kitchen! On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, one with en-suite and another bathroom.
