The Flamingo Arms - Art Deco Apartments

The Flamingo Arms is my first attempt at making an apartment building. This started when I saw a screenshot promoting the Mansions and Gardens SP at the EA/Maxis site. I decided to attempt to recreate this building in the game. Well actually the front, I made up the rest and turned it into an apartment building instead of a mansion.The building on the right is that screenshot. I added an awning and more roof decoration.

On the first floor are 2 apartments. Each with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Both apartments also have a large terrace.

On the second floor the common area has a grand piano and a seating area. There are 2 apartments on the second floor. Each with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Each apartment has a small balcony.

The third floor is the Penthouse apartment. It has 1 bedroom and 1 ½ baths. On one side is the living room, formal dining room, and kitchen. There is a small balcony off the dining room.

On the other side of the Penthouse is the bedroom suite with a small balcony off the bedroom and a walk-through closet to the bath.

Outside in the common area is a swimming pool, gardens, a fountain, chess tables, a b-ball court and a play area for kids. There also is a sign by the pool which contains the only custom content (made by me), the 4 wall coverings that make the sign.

All the apartments are completely furnished, decorated, and play tested.
