Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a toaster oven, a dresser, and an easel. There's enough room to add a carport.

Expandability: Easy - you can add on to the right, turning either the kitchen into a walkthrough kitchen or the single bedroom into a second livingroom/study.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
