1 x kitchen/dining/living room
1 x spare room (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a toaster oven; there's enough room for a driveway.

Expandability: Rooms can be added both to the left and right; a top floor is also an option (see Newbie Road 42b).


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
