Calling all nature loving sims! This is a very unique flooplan and is perfectly catered to the nature enthusiest.

This little beauty boasts a colorful courtyard, a charming entry way, and a foyer to die for. Upon walking in you'll be greeted by a planter with a lovely array of flowers, backdropped by the indoor greenhouse! Make your way left to the fully equipped kitchen and begin entertaining your guests at the mini bar. Venture outside to the covered grilling porch and rows of fruit trees. The master bedroom looks right into the greenhouse for an outdoor feeling, and has a private screened in porch for those hot nights. The sideways garage works like normal only your sims/cars will not backout. They will simply fade/teleport/disappear in & out.
