Prevent gnome thefts in one of two ways.
"GnoMoreStealing" simply disables gnome theft- period. It is no longer an option for those pesky mean Sims.
"Electric Gnome" is a bit more...satisfying. Sims still can't steal gnomes, but they learn it the hard way as they receive an uncomfortable shock and get knocked on their behinds.
Install only one.
NOTE: Existing gnomes may have to be deleted and repurchased (once) after installation of the mod.
