First you were excited to learn that your great great aunt Dotty left her summer house to you. Then you saw the house ...

This cottage while rundown, primitive and small still neatly holds a sim family and their parties.

The house is equipped with:
- entrance room with space for hobbies/study
- living room with fireplace
- kitchen with dining area
- upstairs bathroom
- 2 bedrooms

Outside there's a swing, an old overgrown pool and an additional bathroom/washroom in the shed.

versions
I've added a no cc version pr request. Note that it looks slightly different than the pictures because all cc was replaced with Maxis objects and wall paper.

credits for cc used and needed but not included
note a lot of these sets have a master file, that's why I didn't include them, so be sure to get that for the others to work!
