I know I said I was gonna stop, but after careful research (reading for 5 minutes, then asking in the end. ), I found out that I won't be able to run the Sims 3, so I stick by my signature and say "The Sims 3 will never take me alive!"

This is my third attempt at a modern home, and I am actually really pleased with how it turned out. After all the late nights building it, and the constant crashes (which I -think- I've fixed. It hasn't crashed yet! :D), I think it was worth it. It was a blast to make, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.

This lot is a three bedroom, four bathroom lot, with a blue and white colour scheme to it, and plenty of skill building items. Of course, there is also plenty of rooms. I had to fill the large frame with -something-, right?
