I attempted to create a more dull downtown-ish look with this block of apartments to counter the tons of fancy suburbian homes in Sims.

Lot size: 30x30
Furnished: 68.930
Unfurnished: 47.867

This building consists of 4 fully furnished apartments. Complete with small parking lot and an unkempt backyard.
No custom content. Cars not included.
