Ok so i have not created anything for a long time, well i have just not uploaded it because i am just lazy Anyway, with The Sims 3 having come out i was eager to get back into building, after several failed attempts at gigantic houses i scaled back down to DD size, mansions So i hope you all like it, it comes FULLY FURNISHED with no store or collectors edition content!

Description:
Beacon Manor is a modern yet classic stately home, it is perfect for the wealthy family who have more than a bit of cash to flash! It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a lounge with bar, kitchen with eating area, dining room, study, double garage, 2 further parking spaces and room for a 5th, and finally a pool and BBQ area out the back of the house!

Just to let you know, i have put the lot as 3x3 because it is 30x30 in game! Also the 2 prices are furnished and unfurnished prices!
