Ok well i have been uploaded some TS3 houses here and i thought, you know what, these just aren't as gripping and realistic as they could be, so i set myself the task of creating a realistic house! I made a plan and i made this!

Well i hope you guys like it! Here is the info:Description:
A 2 bed 2 bath small home with kitchen, lounge, dining room/study and car port as well as well landscaped gardens with terraforming!
Just to let you know, i have put the lot as 4x3 because it is 40x30 in game! Also the 2 prices are furnished and unfurnished prices!
