NB! I've added an updated, weatherproof version of this house. It's cheaper than the original (65,016 furnished or 44,642 unfurnished) but contains the same objects, with the addition of ceilings, a fish spawner and two lamps (needed to make the stairs reflect light properly). The new version requires patch 1.50 or later. Download Middle Ground - Updated.rar to get the updated version.


Legend has it that somewhere between The Starter and The Mansion lies the fabled Middle Ground. In these times of mass production a Middle Ground clone can be placed in any 30x40 lot, regardless of the location of starters or mansions!
