It's my second attempt to create a home for all the Sims3 Hobbits out there. The first version of this house has no plants in the vegetable garden - for v1.2 I changed that so your sims will now find a few freshly planted vegetables there.

Your Sims can wander around the house and up the hill behind the house, however, they won't find anything special there, only trees, bushes and flowers. You may let your sims have a picnic outside the house's fencing - you'll find a suitable place in one of the corners of this plot.

All rooms of the house are on groundlevel. From the main door your hobbit sims enter the entrance hall which can also be used as reading room and/or workroom.

The house offers two sleeping rooms and one bathroom at the rear of the house - all are small but big enough for either two single sims or for a whole family. This house has no extra corridor in the middle but the linking doors between the rooms make it possible for your sims to get each other out of the way.

The small kitchen is located in the frontpart of the building on the left side and the spacious living room with fireplace is located in the middle. Both rooms are linked with a doorway arch.

The cottage is fully furnished and has many decorative objects on wall or floor, but there is still enough room for your own ideas.
