The four main rooms of "The Green Dragon"
Finally, the most famous Inn of Bywater and Hobbiton has opened his doors again...
THE GREEN DRAGON
Open 24 hours / 7 days a week

The Inn features four main rooms for its guests:
- The taproom (drinks are served here)
- The dining area (provides a grill)
- The lounge (provides books and electronical equipment for entertainment)
- The play room (tabletop football)
There are also four bathrooms, two of them equipped with showers for the guests' convenience. Shy hobbit sims will enjoy the small relaxation room, located on the right side, next to the main building.
For your hobbits' and other sims' amusement "The Green Dragon" also offers:
- A playground with one slide and two swings
- Several chess tables and a telescope
- A party field with dancefloor, fire place, grills, buffet and picnic tables
- A vegetable garden for those who like gardening

"The Green Dragon" is a park-like venue, originally placed at the "Adlerhorst Höhe" (sorry, I play the german version of Sims 3) - it's a 64 x 64 lot at the far end of Sunset Valley. The borders of this lot are a bit sloped, so if you wanted to place the lot at any other 64 x 64 parcel you'd have to smooth its edges a bit.
The building and the lot is fully furnished and also nicely decorated with pictures and plants, however, I had to remove some of the art objects of v1.0/v1.1 because the game had labelled the lot as "museum" at first.
Please note:
- Even though I spent almost a whole week doing nothing but building and rebuilding the rounded bridge again and again, I'm not fully satisfied with how it turned out at the end but it seems I'm not able to manage smoothing some of the edges at this time. I can't make it any better now but I think it's okay for the moment. I'll continue working on this so there's still hope for future projects. ;-)
- I tested the community lot with several sims. No sim has ever used the bridge freely, however, you may place a telescope or a chess table at the bridge to make your sims go there.
- You may search the internet for pictures of the "original" Hobbits' favourite Inn "The Green Dragon". I did not include the mill at the other side of the bridge because I had no idea how to create the water wheel.
Lot price: 68,501 $ unfurnished

Install Instructions
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
