This is my very first house that I created for The Sims 3, I hope you like it.

This beautiful vista was created on the 53 Waterfall Way lot. The vista features the following:

The basement is huge and has a cellar/safe (for storing all your precious gems and gold), and a underwater view of the pool outside. (special thanks to aphexZero for making a tutorial on how to create a aquarium pool)

The first floor features a big beautiful kitchen, a spacious living room with not one, but two fireplaces, a study room with a cozy fireplace and a double car garage.

The second floor features a balcony that over looks the living room below, two big bedrooms with their own separate bathrooms.

The third floor features a massive master bedroom which includes its own private bathroom, private balcony that over looks the waterfall and a cozy fireplace.

The backyard has a spacious deck, pool and pond to store your fish.

The lot is 36X47 and retails for $307,965 furnished or $273,896 unfurnished.
