I've been very lazy these days but I managed to force myself to upload this cute split level starter!
It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen/dining/living area, perfect for a young couple. (Note: starter has less landscaping)

Since I love furnishing in The Sims 3 I made one more non-starter furnished version.It is well furnished and perfect for couples who don't plan on having kids and just want a small but stylish home to live in.
