Side Notes
This is the first sim I've made and uploaded, I made him for an official EA Sims 3 "Good vs. Evil" showcase competition thingy, I also made a home lot for him (Doctor Diabolical's Quaint Cottage (of Doom!)) which was also entered and can be downloaded from either here or the Sims 3 Exchange website.

This version of the sim was made with custom skin and eyes (the version uploaded to The Exchange was made WITHOUT the custom skin / eyes) and your choice of CAS Slider hacks (I used the Awesomemod face hack and Rick And Delphy's bodyslider hack). I don't think I actually pushed the default limits using the body slider hack but I may have with the face slider, since I have them installed I believe they deserve a mention just incase .

Since this sim was made for a Good / Evil theme I tended towards the evil side and modelled him sort of in the standard comedy evil nemesis style, naturally he's an Evil Genius and Computer Whiz, I wanted to make him Charismatic so he can use his silver tongue to aid his evil deads and athletic for those times when every evil overlord has to run away . His main goal in life is to become the Emperor of Evil (obviously) though his favourite food is Grilled Cheese, not really evil unless you happened to get on the wrong end of that wants changer item from Sims 2 and got "Grilled Cheese Sandwiched" .

Custom Content
This sim should show up ok without needing the following custom content so far as I know (though without the slider hacks it may alter the face to within default parameters, especially if you try to tweak him), but if you want him to look exactly as he does in my pictures you will need to download the following..

Installation Guide
The .rar file you'll be downloading contains a .sim file (NOT a .sims3pack file like lot files)..

Download the .rar file and extract the .sim file. Move or copy the .sim file to "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\SavedSims", if the "SavedSims" folder does not exist just create it (without quotes).

The sim himself can be found in the Adult age bracket from the CAS screen.
