Hmmmm not entirely thrilled with this object - ya spend ages doing the actual chessboard piece include on the texture file and it seems to be overwritten by the bleh default one.

Anyhows I had a bash - the white is whiter than than the default, the black is blacker and the lightwood is so-so.
