I decided to take a break from the usual upscale expensive houses I tend to do, So I made a starter home. It was a difficult challenge, but it was fun.

The point of the design is that the house is meant to look really classy and expensive, but be easily affordable.

There's not much to it, but it's perfect for a couple or single sim.
